Our 100% Cotton Zabuton Meditation Cushion is 36'' long by 28'' wide by 3'' tall. They are traditionally used as floor pillows in conjunction with a zafu to prolong time spent meditating. This dense, flat pillow is stuffed with natural cotton batting so it's soft and comfortable. The outer zippered pillow cases are also made from 100% cotton which makes them easy to remove or replace and is machine washable.
